My Gear as of March 2024
Cameras
X-S10, my first camera, decided to sell it after seven months and getting the next one
X-T5, my new go to camera
X-T30ii, got is as a replacement when X-T5 was in warranty and decided to keep it as a backup - it´s a very good little camera that is going to stay in my bag for awhile for sure!
Lenses that I own (in order of getting them)
Fujifilm XF 33mm F1/4 R LM WR, prefer it for portraits and people, sometimes street, stage when shooting close. Solid lens.
Fujifilm XF 18mm f/1.4 R LM WR, mostly landscapes but not only. Good, solid and sharp lens. Learing to use it more and more.
Fujinon XF 90mm f/2 R LM WR shooting stage from a distance. People. Very very good lens!
Fujion XF 23mm f/1.4 R LM WR my favourite for street and small spaces, especially for low light. Kind of go-for-all lens.
Fujion XF 27mm f/2.8 R WR love it for a small size and walks. Would not take more complicated shots with this but still have shot some of my fav pics with this one. I don´t use it very often but I do like it when I do.
Fujinon XF 50mm f/2 R WR is the newest addition. When 90mm is too big for street then this guy steps in. It can handle dark as well. It´s a lovely walkaround lens and usually not using it for anything else.
Lenses that I´ve sold and replaced
Fujinon XC 16-55mm, f/3.5-5.6 OIS, first ever lens I got with X-S10 and gave it up rather quickly.
Fujinon XF 35mm f/2 R WR, it was my favourite of the X-S10 days and then some before putting it on sale and selling it within few days. Still have fond memories of that small and nice lens even though my new 33mm is doing it all and more.
Fujinon XF 16-55mm f/2.8 R LM WR, used it for six to seven months before deciding I want more light and like my primes more even though it´s a very good zoom. So sold it. Sometimes miss it but… not very often. It´s me - I like primes more.
Fujinon XF 16mm f/1.4 R WR, loved it and still decided to switch to 18mm f1.4 after few weeks of trying.
Fujinon XF 50-140mm f/2.8 R LM OIS WR, oh, that magnificat beast! Switched to 90mm from this one and never looked back. It was a good lens, just too big and bit too dark for performing arts and theatre where I wanted to use it the most.
